Hi, Im Megan Kraft.
I am a graduate of Dickinson State University. I received my Master's Degree from Walden University in 2014. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who uses an integrative, holistic approach to help individuals uncover and develop the skills necessary to work through various life challenges. I am passionate about assisting in trauma recovery and specialize in cognitive management of chronic pain. My therapeutic approach integrates the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), and various other treatment modalities in order to provide a unique approach to counseling that best meets your individual needs. I am a certified trauma therapist with Evergreen Certifications and have completed specialized training in evidence based practices used to treat complex trauma, PTSD and more. I also have experience assisting individuals in working through challenges related to depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, major life changes, and various other mental health issues. I have experience assisting individuals in navigating the criminal and civil justice systems, have worked extensively with dual diagnoses (mental health and substance abuse) populations and with individuals with developmental and learning disabilities.
